| Bit dissapointed with the renwal of angry andersons contract. Now if somebody could be labelled a penalty machine this fella could (Await statistics to prove me wrong). Its ok having a bit of fight inside but some of it is needless. He had the penalty in the bag against York but lost his head, in big games that could cost us. Players like Gilmour will play on this all game and provoke him into a reaction.
I have a self confessed downer on him at the moment, He is not an eighty minute back rower (Either sin binned or spelled) and towards the back end of a game can look very tired in defence (See the build up to and including Salfords last try)
I trust Tony Smiths judgement though so I am prepared to accept that he is worth another year.
Just out of interest does anybody know how many times he has had a yellow card in a Warrington shirt, It is probably a lot less than I think. I would go for 5.

| Im more than happy with Smiths decisions so far and trust his judgement 100%.
He comes across as someone you can rely on, someone who wont let you down. Although maybe the RFL have differing views.
Its next year that Smith will be judged, thats when the team will be something like his own.

I think we [ihave[/i to believe really. He's perfectly qualified and has proven track record. If he fails (which I hope to god he doesnt) then things really will be bleak for us.

1883.jpg Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union.

I think it is more tangible than belief. We have a man in charge who has proven success at reigniting a dromant club, although I appreciate Leeds had not been in as big a slumber as ourselves.

I'd say they were in a bigger slumber. They'd been trying without success for years and years to win trophies and have been signing top players since I started watching regularly in the 80s. We've only been able to compete resource wise since 2004/2005.

Don't forget that Leeds had made CC & GF appearances five years prior to Smith's arrival. Although I totally agree with the resources comment.
