Warrington are on the verge of creating yet another super league signing sensation.
Warrington are about to sign Matt Orford from Melbourne Storm on a three and a half year deal at around £250,000 a season.
Brett Finch yesterday penned a deal with Melbourne Storm until the end of the NRL regular season, signaling that Storm have lost their efforts to keep hold of Orford as he is lined up for a move to the uk. A move initiated by Warrington Wolves owner and pop concert promoter Simon Moran.
Michael Monaghan will complete the trio of moves by being released from the remaining two and a half year contract with the Wolves deal to take up a the vacated position of the Finch move from Parramatta Eels.
