| I've never posted on here and probably won't again but I was disgusted with what I witnessed on Saturday night. These fans should be ashamed of themselves for verbally abusing the Warrington team with the most sickening tirade I have ever heard, yet you call yourselves fans, isn't it interesting that these so called "fans" had absolutely no consideration for the families and children around them when they were directing their disgusting rants towards the Warrington team. My own eight year old son was so frightened by you people that he felt too intimidated to move from his seat that he nearly wet his pants - he now refuses to attend another match at the ground again, I wonder how many other families and children you put off ever attending games in future - I hope you are proud of yourselves!!
Verbal abuse isn't going to make the Warrington team suddenly decide to play better for us is it? why not be the defination of a fan and support the team no matter what happens or do you only cheer when we are winning?
You're a disgrace!!!

| The thing is if you're [ithat[/i passionate about your club, why would you behave in a manner that could potentially deprive the club of thousands of pounds of lost revenue and lost supporters. Mostly, if kids can't or won't go to matches, parents who struggle to get child minders can't go, either. Double whammy of a loss there.
Anybody wearing the club colours/badge are representing the club. I don't think that in the heat of the moment in the stands is the best time and place to vent your splein. A few of us had a bit of a discussion in the pub afterwards, amongst ourselves, throwing opinions around, as opposed to behaving in a manner that would give a bad impression of ourselves and our club.

| Shabba is clearly passionate about the "club", but not necessarily enthusiastic about some of the players representing the "club" on the pitch. I didn't hear much, if any abuse on Saturday although I did get a long glare from the lady behind when I called the ref a .
I claimed innocence by saying I was referring to the closeness to pancake Tuesday, or mardi gras for the Catalans.
Anyway, I am desperate for the club to do well, aren't we all, but it doesn't mean I have to offer my uncondidtional support to the players if I perceive that they are not giving their all for the club.
I will boo the players, but not the club.

| In sport you don't always win. Some people treat Warrington Wolves like something they have just bought from Ikea and it doesn't work.

some fans are pasionate about warrington wolves rlfc and i dont blame them giving abuse to some players after or during a performance like that. If children hear it it isn't a good thing but it will be nothing they don't hear off others in school and out and about. Alot of these people are 'true fans' who pay good money to come an watch the shower of sh*t*. and have every right to voice there opinion yes its a family sport and that is what the club will be trying to promote but what do you expect at a rugby match. It is a fact you will hear swearing and things that you dont want your children to hear but you are going to that is a fact. If thats to much to bear for you and your family then dont come, i rerly dont no what some people expect 'fans' to behave like. I for one did not throw any abuse personaly but wot do you think us fans should do clap and cheer them off, we deserve better and have done for a number of years. It makes me feel angry just writting this thinking how poor the playeres perform, its a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!
Isn't this thread about the East Stand or Family Stand?
Parents with young children should have the right to take them to a game without fear of being sat close to some foul mouthed idiots who are either unable or unwilling to curb their language or aggression.
We are all passionate about the Wire, but there is a time and place to 'vent your spleen', and the Family Stand on match day isn't it.
