| Pivotal-'Being of vital or central importance; crucial' and that describes Gleeson in the tests does it?

| A Warrington fan slagging off one of his own is bad enough, but slagging off one of his own that happens to be one of the best centres in the world....
Either that or you aren't a Warrington fan, in that case, your opinion means about as much as Graham Appo

No it isn't. He's always the person you 'attack'. (In the loosest sense.)

| So looking at a players performance objectivily is slagging him off? I happen to believe that you don't have to take a blinkered view of a team to be a fan.

Well the stand out moment of the tests for me was Gleeson's pass out to Ade Gardner at Hull, which is a classic example of his main quality. He didn't make many, if any mistakes, so yes, he did play a very important role in the 3 tests, as did anyone else who played in all 3 games.
Gleeson is probably one of our most consistent players of 2007, so instead of looking to find a bad point, start to realise that a 2 year extension of his contract is nothing but a good thing.

Okay whatever.
I just wonder why the hell then at every mention of the bloke, your like a broken record going on about his under performances. If we listened to you, he's been crap for us for 4 years and poor for GB.

Out of the two centres playing for Gb, senior made a far far bigger contribution in attacks than gleeson did who had a 'steady' 3 games.
As far as his 2 year extension goes, i'm glad we are keeping him, i just hope we are paying a 'reasonable wage'

| I agree with the Wigan fans.
Gleeson is poop and they must be delighted there is no chance he is going there. King is paid half of our total wage bill and is vastly over-rated. Add to that Chris (who?) Hicks who doesn't even make it onto an online poll and the lightweight one season wonder Kev Penny and you can see how poor our backs are going to be next season.
I wish we had Wigan's outside backs instead.
