Don’t we get relief on the cap for signing a player from RU?

well supposedly not, whats been said is its relief for someone who's never played RL before, (a convert) relief for an ex RL player coming back but who's been gone for five years. for up to fifty percent So we thought not in josh's case.

However the League express yesterday suggests there were smaller alterations to this last april which we've taken advantage of, so there's something definitely going on in relation to the salary cap.

Whats the source on this, i'm not saying its not true but given his history, id have expected this to have been circulating for a while, and i've not heard it.

That being said, it wouldn't surprise you if that was happening now, as he's getting more and more fed up with rehabbing.
