Disagree as said carvell got two games for same so why caution! Buchanan should have give the little a hiding for that and no big brother to help him out

Didn't Carvell have a previous Caution for kicking out before his ban? I may be wrong but that's just what I seem to remember, And if Sam is stupid enough to kick out with his feet like that again then I'd imagine he'll get a ban too.

Can't say I'm shocked to see this sort of reaction. The fact that every little incident he is Involved in see's a new thread calling for "little rat boy" to be banned and being labelled as a disgrace when he is one of a few special English talent's we have in the game says it all. What he does at times is a little silly but no worse than you see from other players. If he wasn't so talented he wouldn't be given a second mention. Lee Smith did exactly the same... and likewise received a caution. he's done silly things in the past too... not many threads calling for him to be banned though.

As for the JJB tackle, I don't think there was anything in it. If anything it was the players who where over the top of JJB pushing down that could have been seen as dangerous. Sam was perfectly entitled to go in as he did. Had it been from the front then I guess it would be a different matter.

More interesting is the fact that the awful and quite deliberate manipulation of JJB's body wasn't picked up. I hate seeing that in League and the fact it continually goes unpunished really isn't acceptable. Sooner or later someone is going to cop a life changing injury because of it.

It wasn't picked on becauae it was tomkins well not by me as I quite like him (nearly sick then lol) it was the fact he deliberately kicked up towards the face he cant use the excuse he couldnt see as he was on his back with no one on him looking at the leeds player

That would be the ninja tackle it is an illegal technique against the player gripping the ankles together thus making the player immobile as he should release as second tackler comes in to avoid undue pressure on the joints
