Good player but we need a centre/winger and a probably another front and back row.
Looked like a cracking player though so sure someone will pick him up.

With BJB now gone to Wakey it leaves us short in the FB position.If anything happens to Evalds we have no obvious replacement.Quinlan would be a good signing but i guess with our current salary cap restraints it will depend on money and if he had offers from other clubs

I think that's a myth. He was injured throughout his stay with us and he we not been desperate he wouldn't have played for about the first month. His defense was better than Wello's, who never even got to the tackles never mind missed them. He dealt with the high ball superbly and did pull off several very good tackles. His support play is very good and he looks as if he could play 6 or 7 just as well. I don't see Jack Owens as an improvement over him. |

Not sure he'd be worth a punt on the quota just to be "back up", recruited well for the back line but I still fear were light for FB cover if Niall becomes unavailable.

What about the lad who played for the U19s last season..? He looked a decent player from the games i watched.....Good organiser, good under the high ball, good in defence and could also kick goals from everywhere. Be good to have another 1 from the youth coming through along with Bibby, Lannon and Wood etc....
