I think the terms of our lease are reasonably similar.

25 years, with 5 year reviews I believe. Maybe he's suggesting the capacity will need increasing in 5 years.

What are you basing this on?
You yourself just said Sale have a lease for 25 years with review after 5. Salford on the other hand only have a 10 year lease with a review after 3. Nothing similar about that. |

If the length of our lease is based on JAW's age then I'd be seriously worried at the Council/Peel's opinion on the club's long term future. |
