It was cack the whole team and i for one aint impressed

Robinson wrote - Saints - it depends on whether the side can get over their mental block. We're more than capable of beating 'Dads Army', but it appears that Wigan still shiit themselves at the mere sight of a red V.:27550.jpg |

| Good game, Ratchford stood out above everyone else on the pitch. Nice to see a bit of biff aswell

Yeah I was a bit disappointed about that, I think we should have been warned that it was a friendly and thus season tickets wouldn't be accepted.

| Great game and good to see us get one over Stains for once
If Kyle Eastmond is the next great hope for St Helens and England what about our own Richie Myler
Ratchford,Turner and Palfrey looked good.Overall a excellent team performance

Not sure today is the best time to judge Kyle, Salford played well and kept Kyle quiet but he is a quality player and has done it in Super League on a regular basis

| Eastmond looked pretty good, scored the try of the match IMO. Salford were excellent though especially tackling wise good to see a few brawls as well

| I don't think Eastmond was fully fit today by the looks of things, but his try was a great finish.
My MOM would have gone to Jason Walton the Salford number 12. A very strong performance in attack and defence.

| i thought today was a good all round performance from all the lads who played was a very tight game to start but we come through in the end
we also had a couple of young guys playing who were regular in the 18`s last season
so some good experiance for them shame about the season ticket fiascio again salford seem to change there mind when ever they feel
i also saw some young lads go away cos they only had there season ticket on then and not enough money for them to get in today ! (shame)
how else are we going to get these lads involved if they cant gain access come on salford sort it out proper ! ! and stop giving out duff information about getting into reserve games free with season tickets

| I decided to clear my hangover with a trip to the game and was pretty impressed. Like someone said in an earlier post Stef was head & shoulders above anyone else on the park, although I didn't think his kicking from hand was as good as normal. 'Twas also nice to see a couple of dust-ups on the pitch (and almost one in the shed between a couple of old codgers ). All in all well worth the £2 and with a bit of luck I'll be able to make a few more reserve games this season as long as the scheduling doesn't mess with other commitments.
