I'm very happy with this, will have cost nothing and not be on a huge contract.

He turns out too be good we've got a bargain for the future, if he doesn't then we've lost very little.

As is said above we can't complain when we are bringing in good young British talent, I'd prefer like others that we brought our own through but I'm happy too stick by the people who know which of the young talent we have is good enough rather than the armchair coaches we have on here.

All this competition for places is fantastic IMO.

He certainly isn't going spare, highly rated at the club hence his contract extension signed this season. Had an unfortunate season with injuries, but fully expect him to shine in 2015 as his brother Jordan has in 2014.

Just thinking, prop wise we seemed quite light towards the back end of the season due to injuries and releases but assuming a fit squad we'll have Morley, Tasi, Puletua, A.Walne, Forster and Menzies as our prop forwards next season.

Don't forget the Aussie kid Groat, big modiloe forward pack next season with plenty of depth.

Yep, looking forward to seeing how they both develop this year. Cracking lads who both put in some sterling performances for Town, also you couldn't meet two nicer lads off the field.

D. Griffin??

Anyone else think we still in the market for couple players? Hooker and seasoned prop are a must for me. Dont know what front rowers are knocking about, just hope we don't go for Carvell. As for hooker, would of loved to got Hodgson from KR but he is NRL bound.

I don’t think we will sign another hooker, Tommy Lee seems to have returned to favour in Harris’ eyes and I expect him (despite a link up with Hull KR following Hodgson’s departure seeming inevitable) to be our starting 9 next season. I then expect Liam Hood take up a spot on the bench as interchange hooker.

Prop doesn’t seem to be an issue at the moment either, we’ve got Morley, Puletua, Tasi, Griffin, Forster, Menzies, Grothe, A.Walne and J.Walne. Plenty of experience in there with Mozza, Puletua and Griffin a good mix of youth and enthusiasm with the rest of the lads.

I think we are a quality back rower short though. I imagine Hansen and Hauraki are lined up for the 11 and 12 shirts, but we all know Hansen wont play for more than 60% of the season through various injuries. I would have liked to see us pull off a clever swap deal with someone for Hock, but it doesn’t seem like anyone is interested in him – apart from the union lot!

Meaning the players were leaving out are MCB, G.Griffin, Groat, Menzies, A.Walne, Evalds, Gleeson, A.Dixon, England, Hood & Walton and other younger players coming through so looks like a nice squad were building up. I'd say were pretty much done now
