I think they set up a forum of their own Demon. Sure I read it on another thread

| Well just visited the General Discussion section. The vs Leigh thread is hilarious, all about how they think they will smash us. Strangely though they seem to have lost there way to that thread after 1pm yesterday

| You must be a real hoot, you find some very strange things hilarious.
1 person says we'd smash you, others say they hope he's right. Hardly everyone saying we'd smash you. Not sure what you'd expect, everyone predicting a team from the league below will batter us?
Enjoy your moment, no need to go trolling

| On reflection the performance wasn’t actually that bad. We had 4 tries disallowed by the video referee, all barring the BMM decision seemed to be the correct call. Point is though that we carved the Leigh defence open and got the ball in each case over the white line. On another day we’d have scored each one. We must have bombed another 3 tries through poor decision making, the one that stands out of the most was Junior’s break when a simple pass outside to Evalds would have seen us in and probably under the sticks for a 6 pointer.
If we played them again next week at the AJ I would be more than confident of a 18+ point victory. That isn’t meant in a disrespectful manner towards Leigh, but on another day where we had of been far more clinical it would have been a similar outcome on Saturday.
After the game I was angry. But looking back I was probably angered by a combination of a few things;
1. A local derby that we had just been beaten in.
2. Beaten by a team in the division below.
3. Having 4 tries referred to the VR and (rightly) not given.
4. Leigh scoring a try when Drinkwaters kick takes a nasty deflection into the arms of McNally to score under the posts.
5. Tongas wonder pass to secure the victory.
6. Sa’u not giving the pass to Evalds.
Credit where credit is due to Leigh they did everything they had to and deserved the win. They rode their luck which every Championship team is going to need to do to beat Super League opposition. Will they get that same amount of luck against Huddersfield and Hull KR? I doubt it, but those teams aren’t as good as we are either.
We can afford to lose 2 games and still be OK but it just makes Friday night’s game against Hull KR far more bigger than it needed to be. If we win that we will be safe as neither Fev, London or Batley will trouble us.
I hope Leigh manage to beat one of either KR or Huddersfield and make it up. Apart from the result I enjoyed the day. Great away day for us and met plenty of decent Leigh fans in the town afterwards who were very complimentary about us etc.

Watch this back... I've heard a lot of people talking about this. Put yourself in the position of Sau and look at the position of Evalds when it hit the right time to pass that ball. Evalds had almost over ran Sau giving Junior no option other that to go himself.

| Yes we had four scores ruled out.Yes you could say unlucky you could also say bad play.I thought Leigh got in our faces, and we did not have the answers. Lui took a knock early on,why did he not put Say at stand off and move Evalds to centre. We have said it a few times in the past but Friday game is more important than the night at St Thomas's church.I think the future of the club is dependant on eighty minutes of rugby a game we must win

Haven't watched it back but regardless who was at fault the whole incident was appalling. We bombed an easy try.

Yes it was forward just like one of Leigh's tries from a forward pass, equals out.

| Spot on LoyalFan. Evalds's brainfart over-running Sa'u was the reason that play was bombed. It also happened to Sa'u and Lui hence the forward pass, which luckily we got away with to score.
This season is proving to be a battle in terms of sustaining the right mental mindset, which unfortunately determines our results and performances.
There's obviously behind the scenes turmoil going on, or, with Marwan leaving, the players are showing the commitment their leader is showing.
With the Clubs uncertain future, it can't be a healthy situation for playing and coaching staff. Marwan's also brain-farted by leaking his vacillating future. He should have kept schtum until the week we were granted safety. The big black cloud hanging over this club is his making, and, his alone.

Watch that one again. Drinkwater's kick took a deflection back to him and he then passed to McNally. Obviously a planned move, straight from the training field - they've been practising it for months!
Seriously, you would have to say that the two Leigh players reacted to what happened, much better than any of Salford's.

| There were 4 disciplinary charges from the match:
Mr Mason-Brown no charge (penalty sufficient) for the tackle in the air on Higson, Mr Lui no charge (penalty sufficient) for an unintended high tackle on McNally, W Tonga no charge for an off-the ball tackle on Mr Sau, and ...
J Acton for "Other Contrary Behaviour in the 27th minute" on Mr Flanagan: possible 2 - 3!
Hmm ... now if it was Brough ...
