Who oversaw the spending of our biggest ever wage bill this season, and used it to sign mainly ageing players on reputation alone, amazingly without the need of medical?

Who negotiated the clause in the Aussie players contracts that they can stay in Aus til Jan, when pre season training starts in November?

Harrison's lack of progression was his downfall. He failed to change his tactics.

McRae was a mistake, but I don't pretend to know how friendly Simms and McRae are. Not all aussies are mates.

The wage bill is an interesting one, we return to the question of who picks the players was it Simms or did McRae pick them?

The contracts, I don't know enough about the reasons why this clause is in there, maybe the club insisted to save money.

The club have real problems and the collective of directors, players, backroom staff and other employees need to each look at what they can do to improve the situation.

I'm nor per se defending Simms, what I am saying in light of what has come out in the press today is it is of greater value to this club and to MP to show support for him rather than slagging others at the club.
If we all show our support for MP tomorrow trust me it will be noticed, if the more moronic element start anti this that or the other stuff tomorrow it will dilute what messaage needs to be conveyed.

For now whatever your leanings on this the greater good will be served by our total commitment and support for MP.

I've always quite liked Simmsy as a character, and I've often found the slagging of him wearisome by people who really don't know what he does. Equally, as there isn't much awareness of what he does he's also hard to defend. One thing that must be asked though is why we are the only club that has a director of rugby? What skill set is missing from the rest of our backroom staff that every other club seems to cover with other personnel?

I have wrote a letter to man,stressing my total support and to take nonsense of any of them.And to try and put
our club where it should be.If he does not get is way,we have got problems.Its that serious in my opinion.
