McRae also holds the unique distinction of being the only coach to work on the backroom staff of the three major rugby league-playing nations - Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain - and was the only man to hold the position of head coach throughout the first nine years of Super League.

Congrats McRae. I dont' agree with every dessision you make but you don't get to coach 400 games in SL by always making the wrong dessions. Respect.

so fitness conditioner at Canberra to head coach of Saints. Seems quite a jump - makes you wonder why Saints decided to take such a punt on him. No playing pedigree to speak of either. That must be pretty rare in the current game.

He's 50 in December! Bloody hell I'll feel tons better every morning now when I look in the mirror. (but maybe not) 
I just don't see how you could expect to be taken seriously when pushing some of the best athletes in the world when you look like you've had a post mortem.
Good record mind. Although I'm not sure some of the guys on here are convinced with some of his coaching methods.  |

it is not Super League it also includs Australian games with Sydney Souths and our games in National League 1 and the Northern rail cup, hope this clarifies everything. |
