Obviously not, because so few signings have been announced yet. However, he made a bid for Elliott Whitehead, who commanded a fee, and it appears we have been chasing Rangi Chase and Gareth Hock, who would also command fees.

It was actually because Elliott didn't want to move to Salford. I'd be very surprised if the money the Bulls got from Catalans came anywhere close to the 100k Salford offered.
