To be fair it does state that for safety reasons they are restricted to 2000 and only to apply for your tickets (maximum 4) if you are sure you will attend.

And adds there may be issues receiveing a safety certificate in time for the first game if the numbers arn't correct.

Well I'm off work and at a loose end, lets hope that maybe it's stuck in the Christmas post.

Am I reading this right , we turn up on the 27th to be greeted by Gene Wilder to watch a game played by aload of Oompa Loompas ? it would be absurd , but no it's just a average week in the life of Salford RLFC

or it could be in order for it to be a valid ramp up game they need a certain crowd and the ' raise £25 quid just to to watch a kids game' has fallen flat on it's face and they need to get more in ,

Well perhaps if they had followed the saints route to obtaining the right numbers they wouldn't have to be doing this now!
They could have quite easily asked for a fiver donation etc... I'm sure the charity would be just as happy with 5000 in the current climate. Instead they have to be greedy and go for 25000!

Plus "come watch the boys train then do.a meet and greet session" is much more appealing. Which idiot thought people would want to watch a kids match?

Well I didn't get my invite yet I signed up for 2012 very early, but then again I have had nothing from the club since I signed up in June and started paying my £15 a month.
But then again 33 years in the lifeline draw and total winnings of £95 just about sums up my luck in random draws.

Well my hope's just landed on the doormat

Cadishead Rhinos are walking from Cadishead to Barton , it will cost a tenner if anybody is interested , money collected will be split 50/50 between the Foundation and the Rhinos.
I`m not doing the walk on principle but will be making donations to the Foundation and the Rhinos .
