Neither of Salford or Sale have a say in the stadium as neither of you will own it, i doubt they'll be anything other than a Union club playing in someone else's stadium exactly like Salford.

How so?? I rent a property and can't dictate anything to my landlord. Think there (fingers crossed that's the correct one) are way to many people way to paranoid about our potential future co tennants. All the council want to do is maximise potential income from thier (sorry they're/there/thier, nearly had a "firm" after me) property which makes perfect financial sense, we as an organisation should have insisted in an excluivity clause in the lease but we didn't so we have no say in the matter on who else shares the stadium. |

No, thats not what i mean. Sale could dictate to us to the benefit of themselves, pushing us out gradually by starving us of funds, dictating when we play/train, using the development structure we've invested in to take youngsters who would have potentially played for us. |

How can Sale dictate anything?
THEY DON'T OWN ANYTHING, THEY ARE TENANTS LIKE SALFORD!
If Person A owns a house and he lets person B and person C stay there for a fee, person A still owns it.
B&C just occupy it, they have no say on a sale of said property and if B doesn't like living with C then that's tough luck as it's not up to him who lives there.
Now lets just say
B= Salford
C= Sale
