More like do Wigan a favour, the guy is a penalty machine. Mossop will come in for him, twice the player he is.

True, Wigan fans I've spoke to are chuffed he won't be involved , especially in their Derby game, guarranteed to have lost possession a couple of times & given away 2 or 3 penalties.

Wrong.
Up until Friday he had only conceded two penalties this season (and one of those was for thumping Ryan Bailey ), and played well.
The forearm incident has now been looked by the disciplinary and it shouldn't have been a penalty, otherwise it would have been mentioned on the charge sheet, just as Morleys was.

Laukai was rightly punished for the lift in the tackle.

Are you serious? It shouldn`t have been a penalty? Staight elbow to the chops, he should have got a straight red. Fair enough he might have been playing well in the previous games, but you can`t say he didn`t cost you the game against Wire. I would take Mossop over him any day of the week.
Doesn`t matter anyway, Feka will destroy your pack Friday night

| Still no Wagga, he played 80 minutes against Leeds U20 so surely must be fit now? Maybe Owen and Howarth's form is keeping him out. Only change I can see is Williams for Vievers.

| I honestly dont mind what the score is tomorrow, Heart of hearts I know we are going to get beat.
If we have a good peformance and no injuries will be very happy.
I think this isnt one of the games I would be targeting to be honest.
Think if we save our best for when we play the teams around us we will defo be in for a top 8 finish.

I'm hoping they play their best against a team only 2 points away or geographically quite close, especially a side that has managed to lose at Widnes, also against Warrington, and will be mightily worried about losing to their closer neighbours St Helens, next week.
Losing to the 4 clubs they are closest to won't please Mr Lenagan.

| Salford Odds for tommorrows game Reds have a 14 point start
Salford V Wigan (-14)
Last Win 2006
Played 29
Salford 4 Wins
25 Losses
0 Draws
62 Tries Scored 170 Conceded
52 Goals Kicked 156 Conceaded
2 Field Goals 1
374 Points For 1008 Against
bookies aren't often wrong , they gave Bradford an 11 point Start last week even after the Catalan and Leeds defeats, and the Bulls had just turned over Saints and I thought they were daft , they weren't.
We need a mighty defensive display and the 50/50 decisions and ball to bounce in our favour , but I see James Child is in Charge .. so I expect Tomkins to be advising the ref for 70 of those 80 minutes.
pray let in be a close and exciting game ,not like Leeds.

| Thats funny, my bet slip said Bradford -£1,000,000. But they could reduce these odds by next Friday.

| Regarding tonight's game, I will be happy with a performance regardless of the result, just as long as its not a blow out.
