Look, we all know that sometimes, ([iand yes, quite often[/i), the club operates in a lethargic manner and drops the odd clanger. It's a bloody rugby club, not ICI, Microsoft or BP.

You either put up with the intermittent dropped bollock and smile, or give up completely.
