| So relieved with what I consider the best comeback I've ever seen in sport in such an important match. There was 1 minute 42 seconds on the clock when we were 2 scores behind. Wow. I just find it bizzare that more is being made about a small number of people than the turnaround.
It's obvious a small minority of KR fans lost their heads after experiencing a few minutes of absolute despair watching their team throw it away when they must have thought they were safe. Salford's understandably wild celebrations just added fuel to the fire. I was reading a post on facebook earlier that someone had retweeted from last night. It was a young KR fan boasting about not regretting running on the pitch and hitting a woman from Salford. Not surprisingly his twitter account is now not public.
Perhaps the concept of this fixture needs looking at because it's like a Grand Final with the loser facing relegation. It's like having a redundancy meeting with two groups at the same time and one half being told their jobs are safe and the other that they're gone. The emotion is just too much for some and I feel sympathy for Hull KR as a club.

| Quote Sit down, Waldo="Sit down, Waldo"As a Rovers fan I'm heartbroken & still coming to terms with the result...but well done.
I don't think you should have been there (I didn't agree with the points deduction) & I hope Marwan stays...I think the game is better for having him involved.
I suspect a lot of the trouble at the end was instigated by day trippers as opposed to real Salford fans. Hopefully all the guilty are identified & dealt with.
Good luck & hope we'll be meeting back in SL soon.'"

| Congratulations on the win.
GOB had a great game with a fantastic piece of skill at the end.
Just hope fans return for you next year.
Dr K can't be expected to balance the books on a long term basis.

| Has anyone mentioned the policing/stewarding of the game?
Whoever won, they would have been on the pitch celebrating, and the losers would have said they were incited.
Kr split our fans up rather than put them in one end, and the stewards made no effort to stop the pitch invasion, at the far end, they actually let the fans on.
The trouble was clearly started by KR fans, but if they had won, I suspect Salford fans would have reacted the same.

I watched on TV & those who know me, know I travel home & away, I had already been to KR this season, however my reason for not going I knew what was at stake & whoever lost trouble would start, both have elements of not rights. I believe the problem started because HKR did not anticipate the support from Salford & as a consequence supporters were not segregated correctly. I am not blaming HKR as this type of behavior as no place at rugby & really needs looking at.

| They simply should have put us all behind the sticks in the North stand - I could understand splitting us up if the North stand was completely sold out but there were LOADS of spare seats. Instead they decided to stick a load of us (me & family included) in that terrible south stand...we could barely see what was happening and felt excluded from the game & atmosphere - also our tickets said we had seats!. There was about 5 stewards in the south, they were never going to stop us getting on the pitch. If they put us all in one stand it would have been easier to police. I think HKR should take some blame for the lack of organisation.

| Well done Salford, and another Lanky Team in SL.
HKR really threw that one away, but as already stated, Griffin won that for you on his own !!
Emotions were always going to be high and Leigh have been involved in lots of matches such as this in the past 15 years.
I dont agree with Golden point, but everyone knew the rules at the start of the season. Now its time to put that underachieving season behind you and consolidate for 2017. I think changes are immanent, and even though Koucash is a barnpot, you cant help but like him !!
See you all next year !!

I think it's unfair to say it was an underachieving season for us especially considering how much the wage bill has reduced over the past couple of years. But for the 6 points deduction we would have made the playoffs for only the second time. Apart from a couple of games against Leigh and London in the 8's (Where we failed to match their effort and enthusiasm) I thought in general it was a big improvement in not only results but team spirit.
The big concern for me now is who will replace Tim Sheen's? It's not to take anything away from Watto but I think we still need an experienced and respectable figurehead in the mould of Sheen's to oversee matters and guide us.

Koucash has already said, nobody is replacing sheens and he's not ploughing as much money in to off the field staff

That would be a big mistake in my opinion but I hope I'm proved wrong.
