I don't know how many [or who] of the players were not happy , but i do know there was unrest which was affecting performance.... |

I really like Noble, as you say he is unoffensive, he is a very nice bloke who has strong principles which i agree with, but at the end of the day his man management of the players at Salford was wrong |

Depending on who it is I don't have an issue with RU signings.
I said it in another thread it's his baby so he can do with as he will, would hope though that at the end of all this we come out stronger and not closer to a return of being one of the biggest laughing stocks in the league.

I heard some time ago before Brian Noble joined Salford that he wasn't a tracksuit type of coach that worked with the players on the training field. Apparently he's in the same mould as McRae where he delegates this work to his assistants. Perhaps some of the players prefer a head coach that's more hands on and the Doc's got wind of it.

Whilst still trying to get my head around what's gone on in the last 48 hrs (sublime to the ridiculous in many respects) it was interesting to observe Noble in the pre-match warm up to the Cas game as he spent most of it watching the opposition going through the motions as opposed to ourselves. |

Is he getting any better coach in Harris
At least Noble has decent track record and Harris is still unproven
Could understand it if he had gone for someone like Trent Robinson or the like
It makes you wonder why he chose Harris.

Salford will go from strength to strength under Harris, he is a great coach, he will have learned a lot under Wane at Wigan |
