Certain people involved with Salford have always thought they are bigger than the club.
Complete revamp of coaching and backroom staff needed.

If that's true I'd be totally flabbergasted! Why the hell would he do that?

Its so soul destroying having all this negativity around the club. A season in which we should be wistfully remembering past glories at our famous old ground and hoping for new glory at our new place seems to have turned into the stuff of nightmares. On and off the field we are a pantomime of a club at present. All i know is that players, coaches, chairmen and staff all move on eventually...we as fans however dont (bar those who have finally got fed up) and we sit tight hoping for better days while knowing in our hearts those days may never come. 40 years of supporting Salford takes its toll (and i have no problem with fans who cannot do it anymore as i have had that feeling) and maybe we become so entrenched in our expectations of misery that we stop feeling it and it becomes the norm. However i continue to go, continue to suffer, continue to enjoy the tiny crumbs of success that fall off the big clubs tables onto our meager plates. Why ? because i support Salford..and hope to be there supporting Salford when (or if) the better times come into view. Right now its a farce and it may be that the people at the club in both playing and non-playing roles are not going to be the ones in place when our new dawn arrives..so be it. But i will be there because as i have stated previously i support Salford...

Is it just me or am I reading into the MEN comments too much? Quote "After the game, several dismayed Salford players could be seen sat on the team bus discussing what could happen next"! Quote "Speculation is rife that other coaches within the reds organisation are also considering their future after the Alker issue"? Quote "Simms said he was not aware of any other resignations! Seems like a very unhappy camp"!!!

Why do fans think they can be privy to all the clubs/players business, would you like it if everyone knew all about your business.

Maybe it as something to do with being in the public eye & that someone from the club set this tone in the first place by making comments!! Maybe he just not that stupid to ask what the f... is going on at the club! maybe he might have used the wrong wording but maybe he is just a bit ed off. (not stupid)
