The surname Holdsworth is of British origin and Patton is of Anglo-Scottish origins oh and Bailey is apparently the 65th-most common surname in the United Kingdom, so he must be British!

I for one cannot see this happening in a million years, not only the quota issue. But John Wilky made it clear that he is only interested in bringing players to the club who are good model professionels .This guys doesn't fit the bill and is not someone we want at our club!!
