hi mate ,we as the fans must do our bit ,by getting of the players backs when things are not going to well , i know it easy to moan and say i pay my money to watch i will say what i want ,but is this helping the team , NO , true fans support the team through thick and in our case very thin , we should all get behind them and start to make the willows the place it used to be ,when teams used to be fearfull of playing us at home because they knew the fans would be the teams extra man , we must all do our bit ,

As said in other threads maybe those of us who belive the booing at the slightest thing is unjust and affecting the team should let the booing minority know just how we feel. Maybe a round of SALFORD SALFORD directed at the boo brigade to let them know they are wrong to be booing! Just an idea, what do people (booers and non booers) think? If nothing else, it might create a bit of atmospher in the shed, not to mention let the players know some of the fans are behind them!

Totally agree

i agree also, the players probably think all the shed is against them but it's not the case, only small sections start the booing then the young cliggerson join in like sheep. It does do my head in!

I'm not normally a singer as my voice goes after the first bar but i'll give it a bash and i know the people i go with were that ashamed of the booing last time they would happily join in, though think that thuggish idiotic booers will take this as a personal insult and maybe react to it - hopefully that may prompt them to engauge the group braincell and think if it upsets them what must it do to the younger players in the squad.

Something just occured to me, I mentioned last week that when Houldsworth was being taken off he looked beaten and upset, think thn how he must have felt to experience the booing towards the end of the game.

Can you imagine how the booers would feel if an undoubtedly good player (and easily man of the match last Friday) decides to do a Jimenez and site the booing as a partial reason.

As a Leeds fan I thought you had reason to be upbeat. Thought Ratchford and Matty Smith looked pretty creative and gave us a lot to think about.

Think overall your props and possibly lack of natural wingmen might let you down?

Decided not to go last night but well done to the players & to those Salford fans who made the journey across to Leeds, feel a bit more optimistic about next week.

I agree some fans are to quick to get on the players back and start booing. May be we should all start getting behind the team right from the start and create a decent atmosphere.

Amazingly a good performance brings out the praise for the players and quite rightly, go back a week and a very poor performance brings out nothing but abuse for the coach.

Maybe just maybe some of you just might have to eat a little bit of humble pie and give Shaun a bit of credit for the performance for the way we played at Leeds.

Sorry shed head do not agee with your comments, I last week went on record as saying I thought the players were better than the performance but I am sorry I don't share that view of the coach.

crusaders winning again today, not as bad a team as most thought.

Indeed, puts their performance at The Willows into a bit of perspective (though we were bad!) - and KR getting nilled by Huddersfield - all very confusing, I though HKR looked pretty useful when they beat us.
