Unfortunately, you might be right. If the debating techniques on here are anything to go by it'll turn into a bunfight between the "everything's sh*t and you all want sacking" brigade and the "we're well run on a shoe string, you can't blame anyone at the club" brigade.

Most of the people I know who are attending are doing so with valid salient questions to pose to the members of the board in question, they will ask in a reasoned manner not in the accusatory tone the members of the spasticity gang continually do on here.

Do you not think it is time to not have sides, cliques or chips on our shoulders? It would be much more productive if people saw the bigger picture for once?.

Whatever form your meeting takes I hope you all get the answers and results you wish for.

I am afraid after supporting & hanging on to every word of JW I actually agree wit Black cat & others, who say this is another tactic of JW & the board to buy more time, for me the only reason this meeting is taking place is because the cover has been broken & they need to real us in once again to believe every word said.
I will support Salford financially as a member of forever reds in any way I can but not with the present board who I have lost total faith in.

Wilky slagging Tarry off was a highlight for me, the Chairman has kept him on for nearly 30 years, but knew he couldn't do his job deep down. Also he gives Simms loads of credit for organising flights to Catalan and coaches to London, then goes on to say how he also does this and that for the club including getting visas and player medicals....Ahhhh just like the medical he didn't give Phil Bailey, Luke Patten and Vinnie Anderson before they signed???

I'm all for getting helping the club believe me, no Salford = no Scholesy family, but what I heard today angered me greatly, yet again we were compared to Warrington and Hull....arrrgggghhhhhhhhhh I'm sorry Me chairman we're not Warrington or Hull and the 8000 attendance was never going to happen, you and Mr Tarry were told numerous times in meetings with myself yet still chose to ignore it.

Fuming is not the word...Salford as a top flight club is dead.

Yes, a couple. Plus some people who have had past discussions re being recontacted.

It was said that all wages are paid up to date (though I think it was said there was one person as an exception - I wasn't sure on that bit)
