Garry Jack was a massive high profile signing. He was solid but for me didn't live up to expectations in attack. I think this was due to him playing in a struggling team and being such a marked man. Everytime Jack fielded the ball the opposition seemed extra determined to nail him as soon as they possibly could. Hopefully Patten will benefit more from the creative handling skills of Daniel Holdsworth. |
