| Just been looking at the Bradford board and they dont seem to be in a very happy place at the moment, teams not performing, fans a bit down looking back at bull mania and all that jazz. not much positivity there.
We on the other hand are moving foward, full of confidence in the way we are playing, the coaching staff have built a squad who are beginning to make an impression at superleague level, on the terraces we are happy as long as the players keep giving the same standard of performance expected at superleague level.
I just hope the players dont freeze in this situation because its bradford and their part of the "big 4", bradford imo are on the slide both on and off the field they are not the side they once were they havnt replaced quality with quality over the years.
Its a team full of old men, nearly men and plodders now, mcnamara doesnt seem to have any magic to raise them back to the next level.
Us on the other hand have youth, experience and most importanly Hunger to go to the next level, with a wiley of fox Mcrae in charge we are comming along quite nicely thankyou, winning your home games are an important aspect when succeding in this division winning on friday will keep us moving forward, remember success is a journey not a destination, winning friday will keep us moving forward.

Thats a very polite way of putting it, cheers. We're not on the slide, we've already slid to the bottom from our perspective. Any talk of "big 4" etc is now rubbish as far as the Bulls are concerned IMO.
I reckon you'll beat us tonight as there are some deep rooted problems with the Bulls at the moment, and if you do beat us you'll deserve to go above us in the league. Im coming over as I've always enjoyed a trip to the willows, I just hope its a good game and if you do win, as I suspect, that its because you played better than us on the night and not because we self destruct as we so often do these days.
Either way, my main point is that giving you a +6 start is a licence to print money IMHO, I can't bring myself to bet against the Bulls but you guys would be foolish not to take them up on that - if we do sneak it I doubt it will be by 6 points or more. (i really really hope Im wrong BTW ) The only hope Im clinging to is that the team have been stung by the critisim this week and go out to make a point (i've felt all year that one week we're going to rack up a serious amount of points against someone when it all clicks.... but each week it doesnt click...)
cheers, have a good game tonight.

| Bradford are well beatable. We've beat them at the willows before we can do it again. There should be no need to fear them at the willows. We have a good young talented squad who are starting to gel nicely. If they can keep up the momentum and play as they did on sunday then I see no reason why we can't win this against a very pee'd off Bulls team. A team who i am sure will be coming here to get a result and make up for their result last weekend. This could be a real cracker of a game. Maybe the tie of the weekend.

| The good news is that on the Sporting Life website Ian Millward is tipping the Bulls to win. That has got to be a boost to Salford's chances.

Bit like the Hull board before we played them the other week.

your rite.
I think we do have a good chance of winning today but it's very hard to predict. It jsut depends which salford or bradford turn up. We both have the potential to mess things up from a strong position and we both have the potential to play strong quality rugby.
If i was a betting man i'd still put money on us...... but not a lot!

6/4 looks a cracking bet to me at home against a team that have been inconsistent but have the ability to beat the likes of Stains & Leeds on the day. I'm hoping our recent defensive efforts will see us through. Think there is more value in backing us for the outright win than on the handicap. Conditions look like they could be tricky so if we can get a decent completion rate in I fancy us to win by 8-10.

| think we played well in 2nd half and first half 15 minutes we were doing good but then they had us on the backfront for the rest of the first half. Thought ratchford, swain and adamson played paticuraly well, but many others played well as well. bring on wigan next week

| First half we kept kicking on the 3rd tackle and getting nothing out of it. We made a fair decent amount of breaks. Second half we didn't kick as much and came away with 3 tries and 2points. Henry played well
