Negs bringing down the tone of your forum? Keyboard Bell-endery tiresome? Embarrassed by some of your own fans?

| Quote: Iain "If the crowd is poor then whoever picked Saturday evening has to take some blame (as well as whoever didn't realise there was a clash with the Aerodrome event when the fixtures were drafted) - it has consistently been our poorest slot for attracting crowds. Friday night or Saturday afternoon would have been better - we've only had one Friday night game this season and it got 6k (admittedly we still had some early season optimism at the time).
Whenever you start moving futures you're going to get a drop off too. I'll usually wait for the futures to come out then plan things around it - when the futures move then you're stuck. I know of at least 4 people who would have been at the game in its original slot but can't go tonight.'"
When the futures do come out could you let me know next weeks lotto numbers?

| I very rarely missed a game at the Willows. I could be home in fifteen minutes at worst. I've not been to as many games as I would have liked this season due to my Wife's shifts. It didn't start well as me and my brother in law encountered an idiot on the forecourt after after the Wakey game who was trying to kick off with anybody in his vicinity. I appreciate he is in the minority but it wasn't pleasant anyway. Got a lift to the Wire game but after several failed attempts at getting a taxi, ended up walking home (in fact it took me less time to get home from Headingley). I'm hoping that the fixtures and my wife's shifts are kinder to me next season. I'm missing it.

71248_1418040451.jpg On the 8th day, God created Rugby League
On the 9th day, Satan created Salford.
A battle ensued through to to late on the 12th day.
A few hours later, a truce, and on the final stroke of midnight, Code 13 was created...
Heaven and Hell combined forces and delivered Salford Red Devils...a legacy is born!!!!!:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_71248.jpg |

I travel from Warrington for each and every home game using 2 modes of public transport and have zero issues!!
I feel people use transport issues as an easy excuse!!'"
Totally agree... does my nut in reading all the bull about transport and access.
Like yourself, I need to travel for every game and believe me, getting from Blackburn (the a-hole in the middle of nowhere) to Barton can be a real pain but still do it to support our Team!!!!

Quote: Michigan red "What's a class of 92 ticket?'"
Class of 92 refers to the former United players who've bought Salford City - the group of them that came through United's youth system have been referred to as "The Class of 92" ever since. They're playing a fixture against Salford City as part of the takeover promotion.

I thought it was some sort of special offer by the club I'd not seen.

| Quote: builditandtheycome "Sorry if I come across being negative. The club has announced kids go free with a paying adult. Smacks of last ditch promotional work to get more in. We've not had a home game for what seems a long time, why not put this offer on after the Bradford game. Seems very last minute and desperate attempt to get the crowd up.'"
Seems the club may well have read my previous post. Just seen on twitter that it's £10 entry against the Rhinos, did not click the link so am unaware of any T&Cs. Hope the word gets put out and have a 7k attendance. Get done club.
