For what it's worth I saw Shaun Wane in front of Swinton Town Hall yesterday speaking to some bloke I didn't recognise. No doubt unrelated but I put it out there.

I actually thought I saw Wane arrive with the Doc at the stadium in the Docs car early Tuesday afternoon.

He had also been in Puccinis at lunch so don't read much into that.

Do you just hang around the stadium hoping to see Marwan or players? Seems to me your always player watching, bit creepy to me, I've been stadium numerous occasion during week and never seem to see anyone. Must get my overcoat and bino's when I picked up tickets.

Whilst we are on 'Wane watch' I should declare I saw him enjoying a meal in Evuna on Deansgate a couple of Saturdays ago. I don't suppose that means anything. Other than he enjoys a nice meal out every now and again.

You need to open your eyes when you visit the stadium on non match days.

You also need to keep your eyes peeled at the stadium on match days too because most of them have been unnoticeable all season.

I'm a member of the gym at the stadium and when I go I spend the first hour or so on a machine which by coincidence you get too see people coming and going. I could say I often see the Salford and Sale players having a natter so there must be some exchange of players when in reality they are all professional rugby players who share the playing facilities at the stadium.

That's the spirit.
