Other teams fans have a right of opinion on the Signings Noble has made / Koukash has funded. We might not like what they say, but the general concensus is that they are a mix of ageing warhorses, a year or two off from the glue-factory , some injury prone- periferal NRL types & 3 talented trouble causers..
the other criticism is they will be playing to a sp crowd.
Ultimately it's up to us to dispell the crowd taunts by turning up in numbers & the players to pay back the faith in Noble signing them by delivering results on field .

Please can someone remind me of a failing memory (selective, alcoholic, or age-related), but, even with the signings of the "We'll make the play-offs says Palesina" era, we did not get so much comment of how we are going to fail.

2 of them failed even to make it to the club , 1 had back injury problem that limited appearances to a handfull. and 1 carried double his fighting weight in Pooles Pies.

Should the signing be completed I make that Morley,a prop who he coached at international level,Hock and Hansen,back rowers he coached at Wigan,and Smith,half back he signed and coached at Wigan,as well as Tommy Lee,hooker, as former players who Brian Noble knows and has pursued.
Good stuff.

If we do sign him, I hope it’s on a 4-year-deal. HH isn’t the type of player to sit back, enjoy the ride and take his pay packet. He’ll give 100% week in week out and would be the ideal candidate for captain from 2015 onwards, once Mozza retires. It would be our biggest coup of the Koukash era, no doubt about that. Fingers crossed.

If Harrison does join us I think he could be one of our best signings.
As a fan of long standing I remember his dad Shane (Shaky) Hansen. It will be like rolling back time for me.

I may be in the minority on here in thinking that whilst HH is a solid player the fact he plays for Wigan with their players around him makes him look better than he actually is. With the likes of Will Hope, Jordan Davies coming through with better training/coaching and plus what we already have do we need to putting so much moola into a 2nd row ?
Next year ( 2015 )we need to be looking at backs (Meli retiring) Hooker ( who is No 2 hooker to Lee ?) Front row (Morley) Losse forward (do we have a genuine LF for 2014 ?) to name a few.

Whichever is the answer the future looks devilishly bright a long long long way from 12 mths ago !
