| It would be pretty easy to arrange.
If there has been no announcement by 'early tomorrow' can you ask your source what the delay is and let us all know? Cheers.

| Red League you need to put the shovel down as the hole your digging yourself is just getting bigger, as someone else said cringeworthy.
You lost all credibility in your opening post as you knew exactly what was happening and yet you got the guys name wrong.
Then you say this...
[iBeing silly now arnt we? Just can't do it can't sell to one set of fans and not the other.[/i
Seeing as you state Wigan fans can buy tickets for the north stand and yet Salford fans can't buy tickets for the south stand, I'll leave you to work out whats wrong with your statement.

| Quote: RED LEAGUE "Quote: RED LEAGUE "If that was the case we'd able to buy tickets as well. F*cking hell, people who've been asking question after question on here suddenly know everything there is to know about Salford, the takeover and how to buy a f*cking company.
McNallys on Facebook saying there's no press conference planned tomorrow. For someone who's already in charge he's dragging it out an awful lot.'"
One more thing my little ginger friend, Salford fans can't buy tickets until existing season ticket holders are given first refusal of their seat, wouldn't be very nice if you turned up at the match to find your seat from last year had been sold to someone else.
Have you not noticed Wigan fans have only been given tickets for the away end and nowhere else In the stadium. Has the penny dropped?'"
I know that. So why not then put STs on sale as well so that match day tickets can then also go on sale ASAP before Friday? Sorry, but the reasoning is all wrong. Holding everything back is causing nothing but extra headaches for Friday night.
I'm also aware the McNallys have been in the dark quite a bit, but seeing as they're involved in the PR side of things they'll have to be kept somewhat aware of what's going on. As it is, I'm hoping they're going to get a big shock this morning.
And yeah, I'm in the south stand. I'll happily have a proper discussion with anyone face to face. I usually swear without thinking, too, so no worries on that score.

It's been mentioned on somewhere (stadium facebook possibly) that they will have additional temporary ticket offices open on Friday.
And Red League - the reason they were able to start processing the 5 year season tickets last week was simply because they don't involve any financial transaction as they have already been paid for.
Reading through the thread I get the impression that it could be that for all intents and purposes, the "deal was done" last week (i.e. all parties agreed), but legally it's not done until all the paperwork is registered in the correct places.

| Its truely remarkable how petty and puerile some of you lot are.Your Club was on the edge of oblivion, its being saved,no thanks to most of you and you are already beginning to criticise the new owner,if you can't arrive two minutes before fridays game and sit where you want - no doubt you'll start saying £15 is too much for a ticket shortly.Frankly you don't deserve a Club.

| Think by far and away the best idea I have seen re this Friday is to allow the season ticket holders from last season who still have the cards access via that and then the club have all but 3 weeks to sort out this years.

No worries, I got a bit too carried away myself, had just been in the middle of a stress inducing discussion with a few others about it all. As it is, I've been hearing quite a few bits and pieces from people who know people and all the rest of it and things keep changing. Hence the cynicism towards anyone else talking about things.
Fingers crossed we do hear something by the end of the day.

Nobody's criticising the new owner you silly, silly person, you. I can't imagine all these hold ups are just down to him, are they? I'm sure you can understand the frustrations of people who've been waiting a long time for this whole saga to be settled, even pre-takeover, and who just want to be able to buy their season tickets.
Get a grip and leave us to discuss our own affairs, please. Thanks.

| my dad who is terminally ill was visited twice by john wilkinson twice in st annes hospice he rang me yesterday after an update how my dad was we then spoke about the take over the reason why its been stalling was his side of the contract was worded wrong and there had been a bit of wrangling over it he was e mailed the new contract at 4 am on monday morning from the new ceo in australia it has now been signed and all ok now
two of the new signings are ryan mcgoldrick and karl pryce with murphy another
more worrying tho is the stadium company had banned him from dining in there and his box which he had paid up front for three years had been refused and told he would not be able to use it anymore but mr koukash has invited him to take up the role of president which he is still mulling over he is that disappointed what has gone on with the stadium company he has made enquiries about who has told him he wasnt welcome any more but the silence has been deafening the press conference was pencilled in for lunchtime today hope this throws some light on this post
