How many of the Salford staff go to Australia for god knows for how many weeks to sign a new coach and end up 6months later losing him and to cap it all resign the coach they originally did`nt want,no wonder we are 4million in debt,a new member of the back room staff signs for another team and the club don`t know,the stadium management put blue seats in,the club did`nt know,it beggars believe.

Speak English man ! The likes of Adamson have not had the support they should have had for the last 4 year's, support which would be standard at any other SL club, that doesnt mean there not talented lad's.

Adamson has an abundance of talent, he's just been used as a tackling maching for the last couple of seasons. Put him under someone like Tony Smith/Michael Meguire and you would see him flourish. Let's just hope Veivers can bring the best out in him.

If I had any advice for Adamson, it would be to lay of the tackling and concentrate on his attack, let the likes of lazy Vinne make a few. The problem being, no one remebers the hard worker's - more those who attack, even if they do drop the ball 3 times a game

Matt Parish gave up a Head coaches Job in the ' English ' Super League to be a member of the backroom staff at Manly. it is time we all moved on .
people ' including myself ' have debated about the reasons & repercussions . and we may look back and thank him for the ' emperors new clothes tactic ' about our youth set up and the frankness about change needed with in the club .

It's hardly surprising that a number of our squad won't miss him!:- within a week or two of is arrival he made it abundantly clear they weren't in his plans . It then became apparant that there was neither the funds or inclination to replace some of them .
This surprised me at the time as in one of his first interviews he stated he would point out deficiencies in his squads game ,was approachable and would work with them to improve on those parts in their game.
Feka was an obvious target but players like Luke Adamson & Adam Sidlow I thought were young enough to be coached to improve , not thrown on the scrap heap .It is not a surprise moral would have taken a dip.

The players it seems have all come out and backed the appointment of Veivers , and he has a job on his hands to rebuild the confidence in a number of our squad who we will have to rely on next season.

A few of the players , not just the Coach will have a point to prove that they have been overlooked or written off unfairly . The best way to do this is by merit on the field , not by childish snipes on twitter etc .

My thought's exaclty, which show's he lacked ability to coach those in need of coaching (Adamson & Sidlow ) & couldnt be bothered, or just simply didnt like them, either way, he was never going to get a good response out of them with his outlandish approach, and did he not plan ahead, and think "well I might not be able to replace these players so maybe I'll try and instill some confidence back into these lad's and COACH them"

But no, he told 3 of them to F**K off and find new clubs then found there were no fund's to go out and replace them, so then F**ked off back to Aus....classic.

Totally concur with the above two posts.

The vast majority of us fans - the ones who weren't in the boardroom when conversations were held, aren't employed by the club, don't have close personal links with players or even follow any of them on Twitter - can only summize what has happend behind the closed doors of our club over the last 6 months or more, try to figure out which bits of the gossip to believe, and then formulate our own opinions, knowing that there are two side to every story, and the 'truth is out there' (apart from in Salford).

I don't know what went on, but I'm at a loss to see how anyone can reasonably defend Parish's actions in general. From what I have seen and heard, he came, he kicked off, he won one game, he went back to Oz, he lined himself up a job, he resigned, leaving us with what I would imagine is a squad low on morale. What a guy...
