Dissapointing? What was our subs bench?
If we are to compete for top 8 we need strength in depth, today we may of realised we have not got that. However early days, but not sure why I'm optimistic with SM in charge!!!!!!

Oh ffs please do get a grip!, It was a FRIENDLY , it was our 1st hit out, some of our guys have not long come off the operating table, were missing probably 6 -1st team players , It was a mere training excersise to get the boys warmed up. Please reserve judgment and venting for when the real test starts! in February..

|  Suddenly taking 4 1/2 hours to get to Coventry on the M6 doesn't seem that bad!!! Although it was a weakened team you would still hope to beat Leigh (no offence intended) although I would imagine conditions meant handling was tricky which obviously favoured the Leythers with their extra digits  . Roll on the Pies match & hopefully a more encouraging performance/result to help build on the optimism built up over the last few months.
Well done to Leigh btw & hope Stu had a good game & got a decent reception. |

We Leythers are not daft but we were the better side and I counted at leat 9 of your first choice players.
We played well and the score flattered Salford.
You have some big names who did not play today but Leigh are well coached have a very good pack and if you want to make a few quid put some money on Leigh to win the Championship.
Not that it matters with this ludicrous franchise system.
