Todays "performance" was abysmal and much what I would expect nowadays unfortunately.
However....
I stood in the South Stand and it appears all the old Shed moaners, complainers and general pain in the ar$e$ have set up there.
Booing your team never does anything and some of the abuse at the end was totally uncalled for.
If you dont want to support the team and just want to hurl abuse then go somewhere else.
Think I will be in the seats from now on.

Is that the answer? Does the club not need all the fans (Income) they can get. Would it not be an easier solution to try and build some team spirit? Fans are not stupid and they know when people are shirking their responsibilities and under performing.

Don't panic. You guys will be fine. You are based in Manchester so are part of the RFL's master plan and play in a new stadium. Nothing else matters. You could lose every game for the next three years and you will be fine.

By the way, on paper and with the coaching staf we have, the "mighty" Halifax are a whole lot mightier than Leigh.

I don't think the RFL's masterplan includes Salford; they'd much rather have us branded as Manchester RL I bet. The next 3 years are crucial for Salford, we have to get it right. If we don't, I doubt the RFL would keep us in Super League.

I believe Salford are only interested if said brother is currently injured.

Well, well, well, what a surprise with having PV in the hotseat, i half expected a terrible performance due to this appointment and the shoddy recruitment of cast off's joining us pre-season but to lose in the manner we did truelly is unforgiveable. If Leigh can score 36 points against us at home it's a sad state of affairs, friendly or not.The Barton boat JW is sailing surely is sinking into the bowel's of The Manchester Ship Canal. Bad appointment after appointment after appointment x15. We turned down PV's application 1st time around last year, so why appoint him this time when MP saw the light. It's not just PV's fault though it's the whole club from top to bottom. I'm sooo glad this has happened today because any type of win today would of papered over the cracks. I hope the rent boy MR is eating his words.
