Tommy Lee is still only 25, so obviously must be given a go there, hope he proves us wrong and he's a late bloomer. Remember he was supposed to be the next England halfback, hahaha.
Anyway, no I'm not related to Theo, but the spins is obviously so important and I'm not a fan of Chase, as you can tell. The best halves pairing in the world are D Cherry-Evans and K Foran and they're both 180cm plus.

We're European, centimetres is the future, and it's more polite when using height about short people, anyway, it's peoples obsession with 6 feet that's the problem, not me wanting both out halves to be at least 178cm. But I would take Widdop who as I said is 175. |

I don't think Jamie Soward would fit into your strict physical dimensions criteria unless it is cm's in width.
