Love him or hate him, 163 consecutive appearances should make Stuart Littler a Salford legend in anyone's book :Others/NA.JPG |

| Didn't really hear the announcement at the game properly but it is 6,150 according to Sky Sports.
Another fantastic performance from the lads. It wasn't the greatest of games but we ground it out. Was pretty surprised at just how ordinary Warrington actually were.
Stapleton was my man of the match - as the game wore on he really came into his own, and made a lot of metres.
Special mention has to go to Swain after he was knocked out in a tackle, tried to get up and fell over looking like he didn't know what day it was and then just ran back into the defensive line as if nothing had happened Not only that but I think it was him who charged down Monaghan's drop goal attempt later in the game as well.

| A real even contest today at the Willows.
In my eyes Luke Adamson was outstanding..
PS: Many thanks to Ladbrokes for the 10 points start today

| Gutsy performance by Salford - which is all that was required to beat an average Warrington side. Adamson was MOM, but every player gave 100% and played a massive part in the win.
The kicking game was much better and we kept turning them round and charging up in defence.
Just heard a Warrington fan on GMR saying the way we tried to put the Warrington player off when he was setting up to take the final kick was bad sportsmanship. - I think we could have kept quiet, Ignito was stood right next to him and that's enought to put anyone off!!

I agree with all of that, Stapleton was pure quality, I think King and Johnson were our best players, what were your views on Leahy?

3596.jpg this will not be the end, or even the beginning of the end.
It is merely the end of the beginning

Blaming the missed kick on the flashing lights on the scoreboard too...you could not make it up!!
And as for Leahy...he made some bizarre decisions to say the least but I don't think he got any help from his TJ's whatsoever (whether that is his decision though is another matter)..I just don't think he's very good at the minute but it's his first season in SL so he's learning too I suppose - just wish it wasn't in our games!!!

Exactly...I don't think he was biased one way or the other just not particularly good at his job today...but ref's are allowed to have poor games as well as players - I bet he's had less bad games than some of our players have!!

Yeah I agree, thought that he allowed players from both sides to slow the game down far too much as well.

| Very poor reffering by Leahy today, as for that nonsence with the 'unsportsmanship' behaviour, it would have happend at any ground in any sport in any country. If he'd of missed it then they would have levelled up, of course the Salford fans were going to do their upmost to prevent him converting.
