Could be fun...
Quite a few going to Siddal Cricket Club for a drink. Couple of miles from the ground, though, so it's a bit of a trek from the station if you arrive on your own. Three Pigeons it is, then!

| Salford City were made to fight right up to the end of the game by 10 man Clitheroe as they ran out as 5-4 winners after having been 5-2 ahead at the break. Steve Foster (3), Matty Cross & Adam Morning were on target for the Ammies who really should have put the game well out of sight with a host of clear scoring chances early in the second half before the home side made it squeaky bum time for the travelling Salford supporters.
Weather permitting Salford City entertain Garforth Town at Moor Lane on Bank Holiday Monday, kick off 3:00 pm.

| Despite taking a 3rd minute lead through Adam Morning, a subsequently lack lustre and disappointing performance saw Salford City lose 2-1 to Garforth Town at Moor Lane this afternoon. It was a first defeat in eleven games since Rhodri Giggs took charge with the Ammies misery being compounded by the sending off of keeper Andy Robertson close to the end of the game for a needless foul.
Next game is at Curzon Ashton on Saturday 8th January, kick off 3:00 pm.

| FC lost 4-1 at Halifax on new years day, although we finally managed to score a penalty. Had a good 2-1 win at home to Ashton Utd yesterday.
Next game at home on Saturday to Bradford Park Avenue, who we have still yet to beat.

| Bad news for the Ammies, it looks like top scorer Steve Foster is going to be snapped up by Chorley!

Chorleigh must be playing a 0-1-9 formation with all the strikers they've signed.

| In a fiery contest this afternoon Salford City fell to a 1-0 defeat at Curzon Ashton. A momentary lapse of concentration just after the break cost the Ammies dear in a game full of bookings which culminated in Rhodri Giggs being sent off close to the end. It was Giggs' first appearance since returning from a 2 march ban!

| FC Utd beat Bradford Park Avenue 2-0 with two late goals. Pretty poor game but a much needed win.
Are Salford at home on Saturday?
