Aye, 5 in a row would be brilliant.
Salford to do the great escape? It'd be one hell of an escape if they did it!
Any of you lot been to Newcastle Blue Star? I'm going on the Saturday to watch Town and was wondering if you could give us a heads up about the ground/area/team... Paul Brayson is one top striker!!

Not much around the ground. If you're going by train, you'd be advised to work out the route from the Metro in advance, it's not obvious at all where the ground is. Nice ground, though, the terrace behind the goal is fantastic. Not a clue about their team this year though.
Newcastle's a top place to go for a drink an'all.

Five in a row would be brilliant. Especially for us Salford fans.
Really like the ground. Probably the best in the league and particularly the covered terracing which was good for displaying flags behind the goal on the many rows of crash barriers. Went on the team/supporters coach and drank in their clubhouse which is more like a night club. With the ground being stuck out on a limb next to a large residential area a few of our fans took a walk to find the nearest pub but came back soon after having been unimpressed with what they found.

| Excellent 3-0 win and performance at Woodley Sports with Steve Foster and Stuart Rudd (2) the scorers. Next to bottom side Rossensale United lost 0-1 at home to Colwyn Bay which means the gap is now seven points with the Ammies having a game in hand.
Tuesday night's home game against Rossendale United is a true six pointer in every sense.

| FC beat North Ferriby United 4-0 yesterday. Youth United Day was a huge success, 3,120 people there to see the match. Great day.

| We got the luckiest point in history, drawing 1-1 at Boston with an 88th minute penalty.

Quality stuff.
And yes, the bar at the ground was great. Don't know the official attendance of the game but it didn't seem much over 50.
All the Geordies were in the bar watching the New v Chelsea game. Bloody part-timers.
