| Me spelling Kou(C)ash was actually a mistake, i see it written wrong so often i actually forget, it's like i say Tommy and Kylie L, because i always forget how to spell their surname, i'll apologise for that.
Now another point, i've considered my opinion on the Dr loved him at first, breath of fresh air, my opinion lessened when he shot his mouth off about Westwood BUT he came out like a big man and admitted he was wrong, faith restored.
I like him and i'm not saying he's the only big mouth but he is a big mouth non the less, to say otherwise is head burying of the highest.
I want people to ruffle feathers, i want positive change in the game.
Now i'm going to play devils advocate on another bit of your post, you talk about Tony Smiths 'big gob', there is a difference, he's a coach not an owner. Warrington RLFC can, if they want to, distance themselves from Smiths comments, whereas if it was Simon Moran they couldn't.

But Warrington RLFC have NOT distanced themselves from Smiths comments.Either head burying,or the speck of sawdust in your brothers eye and plank in your own eye - Matthew 7.3
Warrington fans because the Dr listened to wrong advice from a Salford follower at the HJ and he put the welfare of Salford fans first.
Castleford fans because of the 14 players and their selective amnesia on sugar daddies re. Fulton and not having a go when Wilkinson was sugar daddy for 30 years.
Widnes - well, because they are Widnes.
All the rest must respect him then.Well done to them.
Hope he delivers for the good of the sport.

| They could distance themselves and they haven't but they've not needed too either, if he said something that was actually controversial and the press wanted absolutely clarity then WWRLFC would have no choice but to agree or decline, when you're the No.1 you're in essence commiting to an absolute opinion.
Say for instance the Westwood allegation, if that was your coach instead of the Dr, the Dr can come out at a later dates, say the guy was wrong, i'll apologise on behalf of Salford, job done, face saved but he actually made it worse, Warrington saw it as an attack on the club and were slightly offended by it all.
He's apologised, so for me job done, world order restored.
Like i said i like him, my beef was Michagen Red's assumption that it's racially motivated, which is basically an insult, if he is either in America, from America or spent too much time in America then like a good proportion of Americans, is being overly sensitive and implementing America social issues to a country that in the main is an accepting society without half the racial tension of USA.(not that i'm stereotyping)
With living in London too i find it doubly insulting that just because someone polarizes opinions those that disagreed do so because they're racist.

It is the done thing just like calling a knight of the realm 'sir'.

| It isn't the done thing though is it. I know and work with a few who have a PHD and they don't call themselves a doctor. Work collegues don't refer to them as "the doctor". I have letters behind my name but don't choose to use them. There is a bit of a difference also between a knighthood and a PHD in elect.eng.

Having letters after your name doesn't change your title though. You're still plain Mr/Mrs/Miss/Ms.
And do you know for sure that the doctor refers to himself as "the doctor". We call him that because it's kind of become a nickname, but that's not to say that he uses it.
