It was a stretch when Fages & Sneyd were put in , just saying we've had a knack of finding another prospect when previous promising half backs haved moved on , no reason to discount then next lot in the U20's can't step up given they will be firmly in reserve to I guess high profile SL or Quota 1st choices.

While it's fair to say Sneyd's never really had a far crack of the whip, and has an excellent kicking game, weighing up the pros and cons of letting him go, against bringing in Chase, and it isn't a hard decision. If we want to be a top four side, we need top four halfbacks, this season Sneyd has been overtaken by Fages and will never be in same league as Chase. Given Dr K has decided not to dissolve the salary cap, thus far, we still have to abide by it and rely on the kids for backup.

I also suspect he'd command an even bigger salary than Rangi because of the salary he's reported to be on now and with the exchange rate not being favourable.

I take it back. Gipsy Rose Red League [idoes[/i see the future. Since the club have made an offer to Frank Pritchard, I doubt very much whether Benji Marshall would be another target. I suspect some lucrative contract in RU beckons.

I can't understand why I get the impression that you,as a Castleford follower,would be trying to divert attention away from Rangi to Benji.I am certain I read on here that Rangi wasn't going to be transferred to Salford.

There were a few good guesses behind my comment and I noticed one that said FP had re-signed with the Dogs, that was in fact not true just like previous comments regarding SBW signing with Easts. (Remember folks I's dotted and T's crossed first.)

Regarding FP he does have an offer on the table from the Dogs but like SBW has commited to nothing, but I believe St.George are keen and also Parra where his brother plays.
