I've got to post something here, I've been trying to avoid posting on most threads this week as virtually nobody, be they Salford fan or not, knows anything that's going on regarding the stadium and what's been said / not said, done / not done in any of these high level meetings, but they still want to comment of whether it is or isn't happening, all I'll say is until and not until we're told by the Club, Peel Holdings or Salford City Council that it’s defiantly NOT happening then take it that it is happening and leave it at that!

So that reorts that he had told a Barton Residents Mtg that without LSC funding the stadium would not be built and we had no plan B is wrong?

The reason is simple. You do not have rights to know the business details regarding the business. Until the new ground is finished the fans will be left out of the loop.

All the clubs that knew that Salford should not have got into SL are laughing their socks at the circus that is Salford

So basically what you're saying is Salford were better at lying than the club you support, its a pity your club didnt try it, then they may have been playing in Super League and not in the lower leagues.

I'm guessing you're either a Widnes, Halifax or a Leigh fan but either way you'll just have to hope you're in a better shape than Salford come franchise time.

Personally I'd be more worried about the teams around you than Salford.

Super League have already stated they'd like another French team in it and if Barrow can sustain this years form over a few years then they'd be in with a shout because SL would love a Cumbrian team to be in it as well.

I only meant in the sense of that was why he seemed so angry about Salford being in SL, nothing more.
