He may have turned down the first offer but the signing has been completed since April, the loaned back bit could be possible because we maybe keeping Briers for 12 month's so we wouldn't be able to afford Myler's wages on top of Briers and Monaghan.

Right so the story so far

Warrington goes to offiah says "we want richie",
Offiah goes to the media says "Richie is the greatest thing since sliced bread, if salford want to keep him they are going to have to pay me....sorry him.... Big big money a kings ransom infact"
Salford come back with a huge Offer which offiah didnt expect and say " ok there you go"
Offiah goes back to warrington and says " ok salford have offered me a big X what can you do?"
Warrington say " well we can give you Y which is a little bit bigger than X but Salford want around £300.000 which with your cut we cant do"

I hope this loaning back story is total rubbish as we dont develop at all and warrington and Myler do so we are the loser in all of this.

im bored of all this myler nonsense. lets complete this season on a positive note looking ahead for another season in super league; hopefully make progress off the field; and look at recruiting quality if we receive the sort of sums that have been banding about for Richie.

I might be stating the obvious, but after his England performance against France, Offiah will have got into him and told him that he could literally name his price in terms of wages.
Sad thing is, he's probably very very happy at Salford. Its just his agent has realised the money he stands to make from taking a bigger chunk of his clients weekly wage if he is transferred, and has convinced a young, impressionable guy that he'd be better off elsewhere, when he probably won't be.
