Not for fantasy reasons but seeing three different goal kickers in the one game seemed a bit strange, looked it up on sporting life. Can anyone shed some light on the matter?
Fantastic signing is Hanson, thought Wigan missed him badly against the Roosters.

| Off the top of my head Mullaney missed 2 - one hitting the upright -scored the others.Tim Smith converted the last as Jake had taken a knock.Meli did not take any conversion attempts.
Last week Walshovski wrote - [iHopefully, Mullaney will show a few sparks in attack as he looks very solid at present but hasn't managed to get space in open field[/i.
I hope he has another brilliant request for Thursday night. The last one was certainly answered.
Over to you...

I'm pretty sure Mullaney took them all except the last one. He picked up a knock on his ankle in the build up to Fages' 2nd try so Smith took it from bang in front
Hansen was immense yesterday and Lama Tasi was really good in the pack too. Mullaney had a really strong game except for having the ball stolen for London's first try but his running and passing was impressive

| How fast is Mullaney? (rhetorical)
Hanson was my MoM, wasn't impressed with you left edge winger (Williams?).
Was surprised London made the yards they did, generally I thought the London forwards outplayed yours but your backs really pulled you through.

| Reds fullback was good. Opened the Broncos up several times in second half.

There's quite a few Salford fans who think he'll be our dark horse for this season. He's been very good so far, and certainly the best fullback we've had for a while.

| I thought Theo Fages had his best game in a Salford shirt, which shows how much a half back is helped by a dominant pack.
For what it's worth, I was also impressed by Mullaney, Johnson, Smith, Lee and Hansen. As a whole the team performed well and seemed to improve as the game progressed. We started to play a more expansive game after our pack had got on top.
I think Lama Tasi is going to be immense for us this season - and may be worth a few bob for 'Man of Steel'.

Over to you...
Hopefully pal. He dropped a couple of clangers but certainly looked good with ball in attack. He always looks 'busy' and wants the ball which is what you want from your full back. Definitely one to keep an eye on.
My request for Thursday would be that Hock restrains his natural tendency to have a meltdown at some point during the game and just focuses on being the obviously superb player he is. We knew what he was like when we signed him but I really don't understand why he got involved in that yesterday.

On the other forum someone using the name Geordie Saint asks why Hock cannot be like Harrison Hansen.
( I wanted the H Bombs to really explode - in the right way - on the pitch.)
It was another where you could see what was going to happen, well in advance.
Again, the question may be why wasn't preventative action taken.
On watching the highlights it seems young Mr Cunningham - who played well and was the centre of attention from Hock - was the player given the Hansen treatment with a huge hit, within the rules of the game, after the Hock sin-binning.
Didn't think I liked Geordies or Saints but it seems he is bang on the money.QED.
