Good old Bobby. Fantastic player in his day. Goes to show that if you just keep plugging away and apply for absolutely every position even remotely connected to RL that someone, somewhere, will eventually give you a job.

History shows it will be another disaster at salford. Look at his past. He was arrested on his first GB tour for fighting in a bar. Sacked by leeds after Dougie Laughtons car was smashed up by him with a 1 wood golf club. Sacked by saints for allegedly being racist towards your former head of youth. Sacked by the French RL after getting hammerd at international get togeher. Numerous problems off the pitch which he's done newspaper reports about.

I love bobbie to bits. He was one of the best players ive seen play for saints and brought us our first trophies of the super league era but he is trouble.

Who is advising Koukash, seriously? I honestly feel bad for the guy because his naivety and relative lack of experience in RL is clearly being taken advantage of here. Iestyn Harris has already killed two clubs (one admittedly wasn't directly his fault), Goulding is a walking disaster, I'm just waiting for Gary Schofield to be appointed next.

See that's the problem- I doubt anyone is advising koukash- and even if they were he's the sort that won't take advice. It's not his naivety that's the problem- it's his arrogance that he knows best.
Just read his column. Constantly I, and me- not we or Salford. " I am looking to get" not the coach is looking to get.

I've heard that koukash is looking athletics coach in for next year. He's in talks with Alberto Salazar.

I really hope Goulding isn't allowed to coach the juniors. He has a high opinion of himself and we don't need his ego in the club on top of the Docs. He will undermine Harris.

Fans should remember Goulding left the club under a cloud as a player with good reason.

The Doc should allow someone who understands RL to recruit backroom staff.

Bobbie is a rugby man thru and thru and was outstanding player but he's a time bomb waiting to go off and im 99% sure he will leave on bad terms sooner rather than later. He has self-destruction everywhere he's been.
