SaleSlim is bang on. Everything that people slag football players and fans off for happens in RL as well. For some reason, rather than admitting the issues and tackling them head on, everyone just pretends there's nothing going on, or it's caused by outsiders.

Case in point - look at the amount of talking back to referees. Some people would swear blind it doesn't happen in RL.
