Yep. He seems to think Iestyn was instrumental in getting Noble booted out of both Crusaders and Salford too.

But whatever happened his tweets show a very immature and aggressive person. Even leaving aside the "ISIS" tweet, he appears to be the kind of person I wouldn't want to be associated with and sadly the NRL seems to churn plenty of those out each year.
