As a replica kit, I don't like it at all. As a playing shirt I think it will look really good, particularly the away one.

Did members of the fans panel get a say on the designs?

Think also when you put all the rest of the badges on them they will look even better.

Wonder if the black/grey panels extend round the back of the shirt rather than just having them both plain with name and number.

Noticeable the name of the club remains missing that is a real shame as I think you are the only club without their name represented on the kit.

I'm really not keen on the design myself, but it's obviously a good deal for the club and better than the kooga stuff.

And to be honest they could wear paper bags as far as I'm concerned - just want to team to play well!

They are certainly better than this season gone. I'll refrain from judgement until I've seen them on someone with the shorts and socks and other sponsors as they look a little flat in the images provided.

As for no 'Salford' on them...

There's plenty of kits in our past without the name Salford on them so fail to see what the beef is.

They could wear Mr Blobby inspired efforts as long as they perform so...

Why does it say Mediacity Manchester? Is Mediacity not in Salford???

Dear God what is your problem? You not like someone having a differing opinion to you?

If you're so keen on heritage why are you not advocating going back too the original colors? Heritage is often best left too books and memories as more often than not modernisation brings improvements. Are you saying if we become known universally as the Red Devils and become successful and self sustaining that you'd not support the team?

Regardless of the name they are my team, I have been going (or been taken) for 40+ years, played for them and will doubtless die with them in my heart - the name matters not one jot with it is what runs through your veins that matters.

Peel pay to advertise on the shirt, they decide what logo they are going to use. Unfortunately Peel choose to brand MediaCity as Manchester even though it's not in Manchester, but then again the Lowry Outlet is not in MediaCity either, so they're cleary not big on the whole geography thing.

The club has no say on how Peel brands its assets, what is unfortumnate is how the club has decided to (un)brand its own.
