When you take over someone else's shares in a company or take over complete control of a company, it has to be done on paper with the two parties MDs present with a witness and a solicitor present also, then copies are scanned and printed for file you can't just fax a signature from the other side of the world. I know this because I was a witness when the chief excecutive of the company I work for bought out a rival company.

Have you not noticed Wigan fans have only been given tickets for the away end and nowhere else In the stadium. Has the penny dropped?
