| Early Bath and cronies. todays performance is one of the reasons why the Salford public won't part with their hard earned. This is typical Salford, season after season, coach after coach. Veivers has lost the dressing room by the feedback i've learned, this is a sign of weakness Vievers must go now. Look at the defence it's pathetic almost amateur like. Cunningham and Long for next season.

Chief I know how long you have been watching them, the fact is Salford are probably the only team who could snatch a hammering from a destruction. It's that time of the season where the apples in the barrel all go off. ROTTEN.

Wild.
I'm done anyway, won't be renewing my season ticket. Not the worst I've ever seen, but I can't be bothered with it any longer. Tip it into bankruptcy and do everyone a favour Wilky.

| Re the fans. About 15-20 Salford fans decided to move from behind the sticks to the halfway line for the second half. The stewards make the mistake of not preventing this and once the fans were there they weren't able to move them. The fans were just behind the bench and started in good humour asking for waves from the Salford subs and coaching staff. They had beers and started to tease the Broncos crowd. Two or three Salford ladies, drunk, in their fifties, took exception to something and spent the rest of the match shouting at a box at the back of the stand, throwing v signs, swearing and making attempts to walk up to the box. I thought they were having a go at the mother of a party of six year olds, but I understand it was the WAGs they were shouting at.
As the Broncos started winning they turned against the team.
It was fewer than 10 people being stupid, there was no violence, but to a Broncos fan they were not a pretty sight.

| This is the second match recently that I have been accutely embarrassed by our own fans. Chanting and supporting the team is one thing but three majority of the"singing" that went on today was drunken, foul mouthed and nothing to do with rugby. Yes the second half performance was awful but nobody deserves the torrent of abuse the players got after the last try. To their credit the players came over to recognise the honest fans who had made the trip. They could have least walked off. When the same louts continued their abuse Ben Gledhill reacted. He shouldn't have done but under the provacation I'm not surprised! No wonder players want to leave!
Cue the I've paid my money I'll shout what I want brigade to shout me down but I was more disgusted our fans than the team and it is a worrying trend!!

| Well said.
The truth is that we have a small section of `fans` who just do not `support` the club in any way or form. This board proves that point with continual moaning and bile from the usual suspects who of course have no alternative. Percentage wise we have more of these than all other SL put together.

They're not a pretty sight to most Salford fans. A sterilisation programme to prevent future generations of these borderline gibbons may well be the only solution. In an age where Salford, as a city, is progressing in so many ways, these dregs persist in embarrassing the formerly passionate and respectable supporters who tour the rugby league grounds of the nation, as representatives of the city.
Cue abuse...

| I only hope the misconduct of the SCR followers hasn't put the kybosh on any investment from any wealthy individual/group based in the south.
I haven't witnessed a capitulation like that one.I think it was because we were so far ahead over the first 40
that minds and bodies switched off.( Some injuries seemed apparent, also - no real excuse )
Our inability to deal with high kicks must now be recognised by everyone.
I've come to the conclusion the quantity of support means little - only the quality of support.
We will need some on Friday.
Quote: Dantes Inferno "Veivers has lost the dressing room by the feedback i've learned, this is a sign of weakness Vievers must go now. '"
After wanting our players to involve themselves in a needless brawl at The Etihad this is really classy.
My only pleasure from a ball-acher of a day is for those involved with London Broncos and their well-conducted supporters.
Not forgetting the Under 20's

| I felt sorry for Diavolo Rosso who was sat with us in the second half as we ran in try after try. I wouldn't know what to do in that situation!
I thought the second half was just a freak occurence - I've never seen us produce such a 40m. Salford were solid in the first half, made very few errors, exploited our shortcomings and showed some good handling. They didn't play like a team on the edge of the precipice. I hope you lot can keep going in some form, I was just as downhearted about the Broncos but we seem to be gradually improving now Tony Rea is back.

I hear you pal, club really is on its a rse. Turning away the loyal fans for several reasons I never thought I'd feel this away about Salford having supported them since I was a kid but I'm starting to resent everything about them.

Good john wilky last looked out
on the pitch at salford.
when the snow lay round about
deep and crisp and even
brightly played the lads that night
though the frost was cruelllll

| Never thought I'd say this, but that's me done. Yes I'll be there in body, but that's it. Seriously doubting even going to Wigan and doubting why I bother supporting the club.
I've even waited until I'm sober to post this, could have easily came on last night after a few scoops and posted, but the way the players conducted themselves yesterday for me was the last straw. Stu Howarth take a long hard look at yourself pal, I wouldn't mind if you were a world beater, but your not!! The lad needs bringing down a peg or two.
