| after paying a booking fee of £4 for an adult and 2 kids, they then want me to pay either £2.25 to have the tickets posted or £1.75 to have them e-mailed (surely that should be free as it's my paper and ink) or £1.75 to pick them up at the ground?
i can see this new ground being a white elephant.

| Am thinking of putting a sneaky poster on the Sale message board under a heading that all there fans will check. Or should I try and get them by saying come and look at your potential new home? lure them in that way and away from the darkside towards the light?

That's why I'm worried that on game day it's always going to be caos when a big team comes to play as who in thier right mind is going to bend over and let ticket master and the stadium management rip you off to that extent - it's not even that the club see a penny of that extra money. No so people are going to pitch up on the day and negate the booking fee and get caught out in queues.

| Could I just say to Big Pev re adverts in the MEN & the Advertiser, People in the area around the willows have not had an Advertiser delivered free for 2 yrs this month & are expected to pay 30p for it at a newsagents. I know 30p is not much but I know that a lot won't bother whilst people in other areas are still getting it free.
As for the MEN, again people who do not live in the area unfortunately do not bother to get this either.
At one time the club used to put posters on lamposts & at crossroads etc but when I asked about this at the club I was told that they couldn't afford it !!!!!!!!
Oh & I don't know how to email the excellent posters from here to friends , hope someone can advise please.

| Can't afford it!! Thats bad!! How much does it cost to print out a few hundred posters and go to the local newagent and ask them to put then in all the papers that they deliver? Surely any form of marketing budget at a professional club could afford this, let alone put posters on lamposts and in shops which is even cheaper. Lets hope our poster campaign can maybe highlight the importance to the club!!

i didn't say adverts I said that the fixture lists had appeared in both (tongue in cheek)
But if you put your curser on any of the posters, right click and then click copy
open new email and give it a title "SALFORD'S FIRST GAME" then write a quick message inviting your friends
place curser under this message and right click again and press paste, then add all your friends address's and press send. CHEERS
the poster thing on crossroads is flypostering and is illegal.
