What simply baffles me is that we easily have the biggest available audience to draw from out of any team in super league!! We have close on a million people living withing a 10 mile radius of the ground ffs

I could bring you back to a few short years ago when little HKR brought about 20 fans to the willows but now you are a massive club and start spouting off the usual attendance $hite.
Yes our crowds are cr@p and non of us will disagree with that but your obsession with attendances is more than a little tedious.

less than 4500 at Warrington and they are the cup holders and top of the league, perhaps people don't won't to pay for cup football, a lot of season ticket holders not there last night because of the price and the previous performances other the last few weeks. Why pay if you have no idea which Salford team is going to turn up, even our new signings are now starting to clog up the treatment table, soon be at the bare bones of a squad as in each year we get in super league. Too players get injured at Salford, is it the training or fitness regime?

Big cup tie? I thought it was Hull KR and Salford in the last 16. The league table indicates they are two poor teams in the bottom half. One team has a better group of Aussies than the other and those Aussies are willing to put a bit of effort in.
I think we need to leave it to the RFL to decide whether they want the game to contract further than it already as. |
